The Free pack gives you full platform access for up to 100 attendees, invitation-only. For a complete trial on a real event, our team can activate a 14-day Essential trial with no credit card - just request it via the contact form.
The platform supports six formats: conferences, festivals, ceremonies, competitions, trade shows/exhibitions, and corporate events. Modules turn on as you need them - no features forced on you that you won't use.
Each pack is per event. If you run three events a year, you buy three. Volume pricing is available on request from four events a year onward - get in touch for a custom quote.
Once your account is approved (within 24h), you're in. The D-7 to D+3 window on Essential means you activate OnEvent 7 days before your event and keep access for 3 days after - for late check-ins, exports and post-event analytics. On Pro, the window is D-14 to D+7.
Partner hotels are set up with profiles, room types, rates and availability. Allocation runs per attendee based on their status - speaker, VIP, sponsor, delegate - with automatic confirmation pushed to the app.
Shuttles are configured with routes, schedules and capacities. Each attendee books a seat in the app based on their needs. Organizers track occupancy live and send push notifications for departure reminders.
Scan happens at the main entrance and at every session door. The app handles per-session registrations against room capacity - once capacity is reached, new sign-ups are auto-declined or sent to a waitlist.
Each staff member sees a scan view tailored to their assignment - main entrance, session, VIP access, shuttle. They only see what's relevant to them and get instant visual feedback: access granted, denied, or capacity reached.
Yes. The manager has a real-time dashboard with every flow - entries, sessions, exits, capacity alerts - by zone and by agent. They can reassign staff during peak times without leaving the app.
The app offers live polls (multiple-choice, NPS, free text), Q&A with upvotes and speaker moderation, real-time on-screen results, and a community feed. Attendees get push notifications for active polls and important announcements.
Yes. Slides and projected content are accessible in the app, but only to attendees who were scanned into the session. It's earned access, not public content.
Attendees can connect, exchange instant messages and book meetings against mutual availability. A dedicated meeting space is shown in the app with confirmed time and location. Speakers and experts can open 1:1 consultation slots.
Yes. 1:1 messaging is built into the app. Attendees chat in real time, exchange vCards and keep their conversation history after the event.
Exhibitors get a built-in scanner to capture profiles of attendees visiting their booth. Leads land in a CRM with interest scoring, qualification status and GDPR export - straight from the app, no third-party tool required.
Each sponsor has a dedicated page with logo, description, contacts and offers. Their position on the floor plan is highlighted, they can send targeted push notifications, and they get a promotional slot in the program.
We review every situation case by case. If the cancellation happens before ticketing goes live, a credit is applied to your next event. Our team is here to find a fair solution.
Yes. Stripe processing fees (1.4% + €0.25 on European cards) are absorbed into our commission. What you see in the simulator is the real cost - no surprise on the invoice.
The platform meets European GDPR obligations and Morocco's law 09-08. Data is hosted in Europe, exportable at any time, and removable on request under GDPR Article 15. Formal certifications are in progress.
